We are proud to announce that GH Shipping AS was pre-qualified as a supplier to the oil industry by Achilles. This is a result of a comprehensive process accomplished by the management that show the corporate responsibility and acceptance in QA - HSE matters.

GH Shipping now has its own QA - HSE system tailored for our administration and vessels. The system was made in co-operation with TM Consult in Ålesund, Norway. The system is now beeing presented to all employees, implemented and continiously reviewed.

GH Shipping AS was officially founded on Hareid outside of Ålesund, 2008.01.01. The Shipping Company  was founded with a capital stock of NOK 350.000,- divided on 3.500.000 shares by the founders Bernt Robert Gjendem (project manager) and Harald Bigset. The Board of Directors that is represented by the two founders and the deputy board member Erling Thomas Dyrnes, will increase the capital stock by offering 1.500.000 new shares at a price of NOK 2.50 each. This will initially value the company at NOK 8.750.000 before the increase of capital.

The company is now working with a bid proposal on the vessel the management inspected in Glasgow, Scotland.
